About Me
My journey in natural therapies started more than 20 years ago; and since then ive, owned my own health food shop and have undertaken many other modalities as Bowen therapy, Aromatherapy, Massage, Bush and Bach Flower essences, Crystal therapy and now Liquid crystal essences.
I have an Advanced Diploma of Remedial Massage and Advanced Diploma of Western Herbs that has a very healthy smattering of Ayurvedic herbs.
